The first time Tim pulled the trigger was on a family camping trip in the mountains outside of Phoenix AZ. His father put a 1911 in his hands and helped me support it and BANG, it was the greatest thrill of his life up to that point and he was forever hooked on shooting.
Tim spent 6 years on active duty in the Navy and there he was exposed to quite to even more firearms from the 1911 to the M2 Browning and everything in between. After Tim left the Navy he participated in the Combat Pistol Competition and started shooting club level competition in 1988 and shot his first tournament-level match in 1991. In 2010 I realized a life long goal by becoming a sponsored shooter. Tim competes in NSSF Rimfire Challenges, USPSA pistol and rifle as well as 3 Gun competitions.
