Muzzle Pro™ Usage Instructions:
Muzzle Pro™ is formulated for synthetic and black powder muzzle loaders
- Make sure the gun is unloaded, has no charge of powder, and does not have a primer or percussion cap.
- Remove breech plug and nipple from firearm and submerge in Muzzle Pro™ for 20 minutes.
- To clean the bore: Spray Muzzle Pro™ onto a bore brush and make several passes through the barrel to loosen fouling.
- Saturate several patches with Muzzle Pro™ and push 1 at a time through bore to remove lose fouling.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the patches come out almost clean.
- Run several clean patches through the barrel until they come out clean.
- Apply 4-5 drops of Muzzle Pro™ Oil to a patch and pass it through the barrel to protect against rust and corrosion.
- Spray Muzzle Pro™ onto the rest of the fouled parts of your firearms, clean with a brush, and dry with a microfiber towel or compressed air.
- Remove breech plug and nipple from Muzzle Pro™ soak, rinse with water, and dry with a microfiber towel or compressed air.
- Prior to assembling the firearm, make sure to lightly coat all parts to come in contact with Muzzle Pro™ with Muzzle Pro™ Oil to protect against rust and corrosion.
*Before using your firearm for the season, it is best to push a dry patch through the bore 1-2 times to ensure barrel is in optimal condition for shooting.
